Ahh trades, I love trades. My sister in law moved back to Denver a few months ago and therefore left me without a hair stylist. Darn you Kali. I am kinda funny about my hair, while I would rather not spend $35+ on a haircut (especially at the speed my hair grows) I have learned from past experiences that just running down to the local Great Clips is a 50/50 shot that I am walking out of there with a decent looking hair style. Actually the last time I did I left with 4 inches taken off and 3 of those were trying to fix it. I was not a happy camper especially since I feel weird if it is too short. So since then I started having my sister in law do it even though she was still finishing up hair school she did a fantastic job. Then she moved.
BUT lucky for me a friend of ours started dating this super awesome girl named Brooke, and we became really good friends, and Brooke cuts hair! Awesome! So we decided to trade out a photoshoot for some hair cutting. Why do we need money when we can just trade things? This is Brook’s shoot, there will probably be a part two to this because of course the day we go to take pictures it turned out to be freezing cold and windy. Maybe we will do some in more summery attire, with things like green grass and trees and flowers…. can you tell I want winter to be over!?
