Danielle

February 1st, 2012

I love this girl. She is so much fun and I was so excited to get to go out and photograph her. It’s been quite warm all winter, not much snow. Of course, my camera comes out and it’s freezing. Im surprised either of us could move when the shoot ended. The best part of working at Fotofly… I came away with some seriously awesome friends who I will always stay in touch with.

A glance at 2011

January 6th, 2012

There are some super exciting changes happening with Victoria Harris Photography in 2012 that I literally have been waiting for years to be in the position to finally do! I am finally getting things ready to go full time with my business. What does this mean for you? Most importantly this means there will be more spots available for sessions each month. There will also be occasional deals and discounts through the year, maybe the occasional giveaway :) And you might actually see my facebook page and blog getting more love then the 1-2x per week right now

Almost there.

October 26th, 2011

Senior sessions are a favorite of mine. They stay still which allows lots of poses, backgrounds, and talking. It’s fun hearing what their plans are after high school. I remember getting to my freshman year of high school, I was so excited to start and have a locker and different classes. Then I remembered I had to do homework, go to class, and that I had four whole years until graduation. It seemed like it would be an eternity until it was over. And then it sort of just flew by. Life goes fast!

I love when clients have an idea of the backgrounds they would like especially when I have to go search a little for the locations we will use. Graffiti was something I have not really used in past shoots (this may have been the first time it was requested,) and honestly the shots in front of this wall were some of my favorites from the session!
