There are two things that I have found I absolutely love about doing weddings. 1. The people I get to meet (Kevin and Angela are just flat out fun!) Everyone is different, interesting and has a completely different story to tell, no two weddings are ever the same which keeps my job interesting. 2. I feel like I end up  +1 in the friend category once the wedding is over. Well technically +2 if you’re counting the groom, however typically I pretty much just am dealing with the bride since they usually are the ones figuring everything out… It is a pretty big honor to get to be in a bride’s arsenal of people that make her day the best it can possibly be. Angela and Kevin did an amazing job putting together this wedding! Everything was amazing, the venue, the details, the people, it was all fantastic and beautiful.

It felt like it took awhile for their wedding day to get here (I am certain it took WAY longer for them!) But their day finally came! Adam and Christy have been so much fun to do pictures for, we had a blast on their engagement shoot, and the wedding was even more fun. They decided to split up the reception and the temple into two days, which smart and less stressful because it was not one long day for them.

This wasn’t your typical boy meets girl story, they actually sort of postponed the meeting part for a few months. Tyler was finishing an LDS mission in Scotland when he and Chelcie began writing. She is a teacher for his niece, and family thought maybe it would be a match when he returned home. After numerous letters they decided to meet shortly upon him finishing his mission and were engaged a short time later. Sometimes that connection just happens, you immediately know when you meet that significant other. In their case it was quicker then most, but it was a match. If you missed their engagement or bridal sessions make sure to go check them out! We sort of got an interesting mix of weather in their images from snow to a beautiful spring day at the Timponogos temple.

I think this is a great shot to start out with, I am loving the red roses.
