These kiddos are C-U-T-E with a huge capital C! Unfortunately it was absolutely freezing when we were scheduled to do their shoot so the littlest one wasn’t super thrilled with me at first. But big brother and sister were great helpers and we got him to give us some cute smiles eventually (thank goodness because he has some of the best little dimples I have seen in awhile!)

This is such a fun family and I am so excited for the oldest son Joel. He is leaving next week to serve a two year mission in Houston, Texas for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. We took some mission pictures for him (and really for his mother who has raised such a fine young man!) at the Draper Temple, and then did some nice family shots. Joel looked so happy and is so excited for the service which he will provide over the next two years.

“Now behold, a marvelous work is about to come forth among the children of men. Therefore, O ye that embark in the service of God, see that ye serve him with all your heart, might, mind and strength, that ye may stand blameless before God at the last day. Therefore, if ye have desires to serve God ye are called to the work; For behold the field is white already to harvest; and lo, he that thrusteth in his sickle with his might, the same layeth up in store that he perisheth not, but bringeth salvation to his soul; And faith, hope, charity and love, with an eye single to the glory of God, qualify him for the work. Remember faith, virtue, knowledge, temperance, patience, brotherly kindness, godliness, charity, humility, diligence. Ask, and ye shall receive; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.” D&C 4:1-7. Good luck Joel, you will be a great missionary!

Greg {Utah Senior Photographer}

Well, these past few weeks have been very busy and I have fallen a little behind (so pardon the lack of posts recently!) This was possibly one of the most fun senior shoots I have done so far! We did the shoot in his neighborhood where he has grown up, and there was a beautiful lake and tons of trees. In addition to that they brought their dog, his lacrosse stuff, his jeep, and a 1928 Rolls Royce. It was awesome to have so many things that define who he is as a person. Good luck in your senior year Greg!
