A Day at the Park {Utah Children’s Photographer}

August 27th, 2009

Sorry for my lack of posts lately! My husband and I took a much needed vacation and I just got back into the office earlier this week. I have been so excited to post this session, these kids are absolutely adorable and parks are a favorite place to shoot for me for a few reasons. First of all, you catch the kids in their own environment which they are comfortable in, secondly there is SO much color! It is interesting the differences in personalities between children, and each one of them definitely had their own! It was fun to see the differences as I went through the images. As summer nears it’s end it was nice to get outside and spend an afternoon in the park with these kiddos. Enjoy your sneak peak!

Halle and Trey {Utah Children’s Photographer}

August 1st, 2009

Sometimes the best photo shoots happen when you let the child dictate where you are going to go and what you are going to do. I followed Halle around for about an hour, we looked at bugs, blew bubbles, played with her aunt and uncle and her little brother Trey. I love childhood, and honestly I miss childhood. Maybe that is why it is so enjoyable to take a few hours and get lost in their world and forget everything about mine. Enjoy your sneak peak!

New Beginnings {Utah Baby Photographer}

August 1st, 2009

Maybe it is the idea of this new little life just starting, or that they are perfect in every way that makes newborns so interesting to shoot. This little girl was such a sweetheart. We took these about six weeks after she was born. She slept for most of the time, but when she did wake up she was very attentive to everything going on around her. Welcome to the world little one!
